myLevels works with continuous glucose monitors that connect with Apple Health (such as the Dexcom G7).

myLevels helps you understand your unique glucose response to food - empowering you with the knowledge to help manage your energy, weight and overall health.


SUGAR LEVELS

When you eat carbs, your body breaks those carbs to glucose which makes your blood sugar levels rise or spike. When your sugar levels fall from the spike, your body produces ghrelin or the “hunger hormone” which causes cravings soon after eating, which are usually satisfied by something sweet. The higher the spike, the greater the fall.

The myLevels app offers you a way to take charge of the sugar rollercoaster and avoid the eat, spike, crash loop.

HOW IT WORKS

Using data from your continuous glucose monitor (CGM), myLevels analyses how your glucose levels react to the food and drink you consume. Just log your food in the myLevels app and you’ll get personalised food scores based on how your body actually responds. These results create a personalised diet to help you avoid glucose spikes and sugar crashes.
